By accessing or using WheelHouseTMS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WheelHouseTMS provides fleet dispatch management software for trucking carriers, including load tracking, driver management, settlement calculation, and related tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription following a free trial period. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WheelHouseTMS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease at the end of the current billing period. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
